The Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institutes of Denmark and Finland, during the summer holidays period will offer on its social media channels a mini gastronomic dictionary which presents the most loved Italian food and drinks in northern Europe enriched with some small nordic language variations.The intention is to promote Italian summer culinary products and traditions abroad by merging them with the customs and idioms of the Nordic Countries. The dictionary will be presented on the three Institutes Facebook and Instagram channels from 13 July to 19 August on a bi-weekly basis proposing images containing recipes and curiosities of various kind.
