Anyway not everyone will read it (OuUnPo)

Dansshow av Jacopo Miliani

Den italienska artisten Jacopo Miliani presenterar sin dansshow med titeln ”Anyway not everyone will read it” på Dansmuseet (Drottninggatan 17, gratis inträde, begränsade platser) För biljetter: shop@dansmuseet.se Anyway not everyone will read itNot having any idea and to put it in a museum…damn! Futurism, Mesmerism, Post Internet…what are we speaking about? How can we describe something if we want to achieve the possibility of a non-language? If the score will not be controlled and I am thinking too much about “institutional critique” in dance….what will happen? Are you sure you are a dancer? Are you sure you are a spectator? We share too much! Dark light! Bright Light! With: Jacopo Miliani Jean-Louis Huhta Sanna Söderholm Carima Neusser Costume design: Boboutic Bio: Jacopo Miliani lives and works in Milan, Italy. He is active mostly in installation, photography and performance art. His investigation deals with an ongoing questioning of the role of representational systems crossing the borders of visual arts and dance. His work has been shown at galleries and institution; including CCSP (Sao Paulo), David Roberts Art Foundation (London), MARCO (Vigo), MACRO (Rome), Deutsche Bank Kunsthalle (Berlin), Museo Pecci (Milan) and CAC (Vilnius). The performance forms a part of The Fugue – XIV OuUnPo Research Session STOCKHOLM | 4-8 FEBRUARY 2015. The European artistic network OuUnPo invites you to a festival in cooperation with Swedish artists, researchers and institutions. The events move across the city of Stockholm and each day a series of actions, talks, screenings, workshops and performances will take place in different venues and locations across the urban space. ”Anyway not everyone will read it” is the result of one-week residency at MDT and is supported by IAPSIS and Kulturbryggan with the kind help of the Italian Institute of Culture in Stockholm.
