On the occasion of the seventh Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, a kermesse of events dedicated to Italian gastronomy and food culture promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Italian Cultural Institute presents a one-day program with students from Stockholm’s high schools, to deepen their knowledge of both Italian culinary culture as well as Italian language.
”Learning while cooking” (Cucinando si impara) is the title of the workshop focused on sustainable cooking in which Michelin-starred chef Simone Nardoni will guide the Italian students of the Jensen Gymnasium. They will discover simple and important rules of wisdom in the kitchen, all the more important for the future of new generations, for personal health and the protection of the planet.
The number of participants is limited. During the event, two olive trees will be given for adoption thanks to the collaboration with the ICE Agency.
