How does architecture meet the needs and constraints of culture, traditions, local lifestyles and geography in Italy, Sweden and Switzerland?
The Swiss architect Mierta Lazzarini(Mierta und Kurt Lazzarini Architekten), the Italian architect Andrea Zamboni (Zamboni associati) and the Swedish architect Dan Hallemar (ex Editor in Chief of the Swedish Review of Architecture) will discuss the various means of interaction between architecture and the surrounding space, bringing their different experiences from each country.
This will create a three-way dialogue on the meeting/clash between aspirations and limitations, innovation and cultural tradition. These are issues that have always characterized the relationship between architecture and the cultural and physical context where it is developed.
Refreshments will be served after the conversation. Language: English
