The Tenores from Neoneli (Sardinia) present “GRAMSCI, un’omine, una vida”, dedicated to the life and works of the Italian intellectual Antonio Gramsci.
The concert is based on the book written by Tonino Cau, which offers the plot for a series of songs performed through the “canto a tenore”, enrolled in 2005 in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists.
This project is aimed to enhance the language and the history of Sardinia island and it is supported by the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm, RAS (Regione Autonoma della Sardegna), Por Identity Lab and the Sardinia Foundation.
